1. Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from this store. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to cancel orders where age cannot be verified.

2. Our Products

Amauizon Botanicals sells small-batch botanical products — herbal tinctures, honey infusions, teas, and ceremonial cacao — crafted on Maui from botanicals sourced from Hawaiʻi, the Amazon, and select growers worldwide. Our products are botanical dietary supplements and foods. They are not medicines. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Responsible Use

Botanicals are powerful. Read every label in full before use. Do not exceed suggested serving sizes. Do not combine botanical products with alcohol, prescription medications (including SSRIs/MAOIs), or other supplements without guidance from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use these products if you are pregnant or nursing. Some products may cause drowsiness — do not drive or operate machinery after use. Keep all products out of reach of children.

4. Legal Compliance and Shipping Restrictions

It is your responsibility to ensure the products you order are lawful in your state, territory, or locality. We do not ship products to jurisdictions where they are restricted, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we cannot lawfully fulfill. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Orders and Payment

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders we suspect are placed by persons under 21 or for resale in restricted jurisdictions. Payment is processed at the time of order through our secure third-party payment processor.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law,

shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with any product is the refund process described in our Refund Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
