Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind everything we craft. Because our products are consumable botanicals, our policy works as follows:

Unopened Products

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Contact us first for a return authorization; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we made an error.

Opened Products

For health and safety reasons we cannot restock opened consumables. However, if a product arrives damaged, defective, or differs from its description, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full — no return required.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, email us and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Cancelled Orders

Orders we cancel — for example, where a product cannot lawfully ship to your jurisdiction or age cannot be verified — are refunded in full to the original payment method.

How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed.

How to Start a Return

Email livingmiraclewellness@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We respond within 2 business days.
