Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We ship within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally. Certain botanical products cannot be shipped to states or localities where they are restricted; if any item in your order cannot lawfully ship to your address, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

Processing Time

All products are crafted in small batches on Maui. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Transit Time

Because we ship from Hawaiʻi, please allow 3–10 business days for delivery to the mainland US depending on the carrier and service selected at checkout.

Adult Signature

Some shipments may require an adult signature (21+) at delivery. Please ship to an address where an adult is available.

Heat-Sensitive Products

Honey infusions and cacao are heat-sensitive. During warm months we may pack with insulation or hold shipments briefly to avoid weekend transit. Crystallized honey is natural — warm gently to restore.
