What is a “botanical states” company?

We don’t sell cures. We craft plant allies that support states of being — focus, calm, heart, dream, energy, restoration — drawing on botanicals humans have worked with for thousands of years. You are not broken. You are between states.

Are your products safe?

Every label carries full supplement facts, suggested use, and plain-language cautions. Botanicals are powerful: read the full label, start with the suggested serving, and don’t combine with medications or alcohol without guidance from a qualified professional. Our products are for adults 21+ and are not for use while pregnant or nursing.

Where do your plants come from?

Many are grown at Living Miracle Gardens on Maui — bobinsana, caapi vine, mugwort, turmeric, ginger. The rest come from partners we know by name: Camino Verde cacao in Ecuador, Kichwa-harvested guayusa, South African kanna, Egyptian and Thai blue lotus.

How do I use a tincture vs. a honey elixir?

Tinctures (30 mL) are full-strength extracts — one dropper (~1 mL) under the tongue or in water. Honey elixirs (10 mL oral dispensers) are botanical extracts folded into raw Hawaiian honey — take 1 mL straight, in tea, or drizzled with intention. Warm gently if the honey crystallizes.

Do you ship everywhere?

We ship within the United States. A few botanicals are restricted in certain states — if something in your order can’t lawfully ship to your address, we’ll contact you and refund that item. See our Shipping Policy.

What’s your return policy?

Unopened products within 30 days, full refund. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded — no return needed. See our Refund Policy.

Why don’t you make health claims?

Because the law is clear and so are our values: these are botanical foods and supplements, not medicines. We describe traditional use and botanical heritage, and we trust you to be the authority on your own experience. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
